Transferring credits in Puerto Rico
Puerto Rico has no statewide credit-transfer guarantee, so transfer is decided school by school. Confirm with the receiving college before relying on any credit — GAO found students lose about 37% of credits transferring between public institutions, which is the assumption our savings estimate uses.
